Intro
Let's discover Text Models in less than 10 minutes.
Doc compliance made easy
Text Models is a word processor for organized information.
Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with standards and directives is a complex and time-consuming task. With many directives, it's crucial to guarantee comprehensive coverage and traceability while avoiding conflicts between the implementation of the different requirements.
E.g. adding a new requirement in a Word document involves cross-checking that it is not already implemented elsewhere and that it doesn't breach other requirements. Moreover, making a change to one document often lead to multiple alterations in other documents to maintain consistency.
To resolve this issue, Text Models saves and tracks document sections such as 'risks', 'requirements', and 'test results' in separate files (called text models). The file can then be referenced in other files, traceability lists and summarizing documents. If the file is ever updated, the change will automatically be propagated to all places where information in the file is used.
